Siddhagad is situated near Murbad (1 hour from Kalyan), surrounded by 2000 years old ancient forts Gorakhgad and Machhindragad. Siddhagad is a famous monsoon trek with lots of waterfalls. Fort has two parts - Siddhagad Machi (plateau) and Balekilla (Citadel). A village of about 300 populations exists on Siddhagad Machi. Balekilla is very tough to climb while Siddhagad Machi is easy to reach.
