About Lohgad and Visapur

Lohgad and Visapur are excellent forts near Lonavla more than ten centuries old. Lohgad is famous for its four fortifications yet in unbroken state, giving full idea of the glory of those times. Lohgad turns out to be an attraction of youth in Pune in monsoon; where in bikes can reach fort doors.
Visapur fort was built to guard Lohgad and has impressive fortification and plateau at its top. The way to reach Visapur fort top is interesting.
